Who We Are
The Ministry of Interior Transformation Program was established by Royal Ordinance of 14 Rabi Thani 1439 AH to be a comprehensive program to develop the work and operations of the Ministry of Interior system in order to achieve a distinct institutional work system based on the best experiences, practices and experiences in local and international institutions. given the importance of the Ministry of Interior's various functions and responsibilities, which require the system to be continuously developed and improved in line with leadership aspirations and to keep abreast of Vision 2030 and local and global aspirations in the field of security, safety and service delivery.
Our Ambition
1. Design and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve an institutional and distinct work system, based on the best local and global expertise, practices and experiences in the same field
2. Increase the efficiency of spending in all the work and operations of the Ministry of Interior system
3. Capacity-building and empowerment of staff in the Ministry of Interior system to achieve better performance in all tasks and responsibilities
4. Upgrading services for citizens, residents and visitors
Stages of work
The work of the Ministry of Interior Transformation Program included five main stages, in accordance with an integrated action plan built in cooperation with the best international companies specializing in development. Each phase includes strategic objectives that contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the development program, as well as reaching the Ministry of Interior's work system for the aspirations of the wise leadership. The stages were distributed as Follows:
Establishment Phase:
Establishment and launch of the Ministry of Interior transformation Program
Evaluation Phase:
Comprehensive strategic assessment of the Ministry of Interior system (Ministry Office - Sectors - Agencies - Emirates of Regions)
Design Phase:
Develop future strategic plans for the Ministry of Interior and identify estimated initiatives and budgets
Detailed Phase:
Identifying and detailing initiatives and projects and securing implementation requirements
Implementation Phase:
Launch of initiatives and projects, follow-up of achievement and achievement of impact
