Al-Baha province is located southwest of Saudi Arabia, denominated by longitude 41°42 E and latitude 19°20 N. It middles the famous tourism area south of the kingdom; Al-Baha borders Makkah region from the north and west, and Aseer from the south and east.
The total area of Al-Baha is estimated to 36000 square kilometers.
The region of Al-Baha includes six governorates; three of them are (A) category (Baljorchi, Almendaq and Al-Makhwat). And three are (B) category (Al-Aqeeq, Al-Qur'rah and Gahlawa).
The region includes 32 centres 21 of which are category (A) and 11 centres of category (b).
