The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participated in the meetings and activities of the General Assembly of INTERPOL in Vienna, coinciding with the celebration of its 100th anniversary. The proceedings commenced Tuesday and will continue until December 1.
The kingdom’s participation in this event reflects its commitment to international cooperation in law enforcement.
The Saudi delegation, led by the Saudi INTERPOL Director, Colonel Abdulmalik Al-Saqeeh, tackled the role of technology in law-enforcement agencies, best experiences and practices in enhancing strategic security performance, and the necessity of innovation to confront evolving global challenges, including cybercrime, organized crime, and terrorism.
